Insurance Assistance

Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area. We are not accepting new Medicaid patients or Vermont Dr. Dynasaur at the present time, unless they are willing to pay for services on the day of the visit.

Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.  As a courtesy, our office will file your insurance claim for you.  If you have any questions regarding your particular insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (802) 773-1200 in order to review your questions or concerns.

Financial Assistance

We are committed to providing you with the best possible care at a reasonable cost.  Our fees are based strictly on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.  It is our policy to use only the finest materials available for your long-term benefit, and our fees reflect that and our commitment to provide you with only the highest quality service.

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being, and financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service.  We see it as a priority not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.  Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs fulfilling their financial obligations, we would be happy to discuss our payment plan options with you. We have several options for payment plans, several of which are interest free! To facilitate this goal we have developed several financial options for the patient, which you will find listed below.  If you would like to review these financial arrangement options with one of our team members in advance of treatment, please call our office at (802) 773-1200.

1. A five percent (5%) courtesy discount is allowed when fees are paid in full by cash or check in advance of scheduling the appointment or on the day of treatment, providing there is no prior balance on your account.    

2. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted in our office.  If charges are made for over $500 you will receive a five percent (5%) courtesy discount providing there is no prior balance on your account. 

3. Flexible monthly payment options are also available at reasonable, fixed interest rates, low monthly payments with no prepayment penalties, and no initial down payment required.  You can finance amounts as low as $300 and have an option of an interest free program if the balance is paid within the interest free period.  Ask for Care Credit and/or Chase Health Advance financing options literature. 

4. Office Payment Plans also present an easy way to finance your dental care.  An initial payment of fifty percent (50%) is due at or prior to the start of treatment (less the expected insurance coverage).  For your convenience, the balance may be paid in six (6) equal monthly payments.  A finance charge of one and a half percent (1.5%) is assessed for missed payments over twenty five (25) days in arrears.

Please Note:  Without prior arrangements being made in advance, payment in full is expected on the day that a service is started.  If you have an outstanding balance, we will send you a monthly statement.
